Wei-Ling Chiang, Taiwan's education minister travelled to California last week to attend a rare discussion on imbalance in trade with United States. While addressing the discussion he said that only 3,561 American-students get enrolled in Taiwan's universities while 24,000 Taiwanese students get enrolled in the universities of United States. The situation really needs to be addressed now, he added.

Udacity Snags $15 Million from Andreessen Horowitz
Udacity, the digital university raised $15 million in Series B, an investment round led by a venture capital firm, Andreessen Horowitz along with existing investors Steve Blank and Charles River Ventures.
