Students who engage in online education might have several reasons to do so. For instance, working experts, adults with youngsters and military service members can benefit from the flexibility that several web-based degree programs provide. In an effort to accommodate more of these learners, numbers of schools are launching online courses of study.
For example, officials from Sierra Nevada College recently declared in a press release that it will provide students with two new online bachelor's degrees in company administration and psychology. The offerings would be the consequence of collaboration between the school and on-line curriculum provider Capital Education.
“Sierra Nevada College is excited to offer this exceptional education opportunity for adults in the United States," said Richard Rubsamen, president of the school. "Students looking for a high-quality educational experience with the flexibility to meet their requirements will find success with the help of our program."
The adult degree business administration completion program was designed to provide non-traditional students with training in team management, problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking. The psychology program was created for those who wish to pursue employment in counselling, management, recruiting, welfare and education.
